Studio and live performance monitor maker, JBL has just introduced its first range of premium headphones – the JBL Synchros series. The company says it has specifically modeled the sound of its industry-level speakers and applied it to its new line of headphones

The new range comes in three different series, the S-series, E-series and the Reflect, they also debut’s the company’s LiveStage DSP technology. Which JBL says “recreates the sense of spatial presence that you feel when listening to loudspeakers in a room…[adding] localisation cues to deliver a more lifelike listening experience.” Likely using a light reverb or spatial phasing to whatever you’re listening too, here’s hoping that has an ‘off’ button.

The flagship model is the S700 headphone (pictured at end of article), which is built from lightweight die cast aluminum, woven fabric, steel and leather ear cushions and is joined by the S500 (both feature LiveStage), S300, the in-ear S100, and the S400BT (Bluetooth compatible).

The E-series headphones comes with two Bluetooth enabled headphones in the E-Series, the E50BT (pictured above) and E40BT, both feature ShareMe tech allowing any number of cans to connect and control music sources. Along with the standard E30 and the E10 in-ear headphones.
