MACKIE MASTER FADER v4.5 OUT NOW

The latest version of Mackie’s DL mixer control app has been released. Master Fader v4.5 gives you some new features, including support for the new Mackie Axis digital mixing system. Delivering on a persistent user request, the update also brings brand new reverbs and a more in-depth control section.
A spectrograph is now available alongside the RTA — a tool to help you visually balance your mix across the frequency spectrum and point out areas where there might be build-up. The updated spectrograph tool is now visible on every input channel.
Other goodies include new factory presets for all EQ, dynamics and effects, new metering ballistics choices, and the inclusion of the effects return EQ when saving an effect preset.

In other Mackie news, Loud Technologies has appointed Matt Frazier as APAC Director of Sales for the Mackie and Ampeg brands. His new position will see Frazier work with distributors to expand the footprint of both brands throughout the Asia Pacific region.
