HK Audio’s LUCAS NANO family of portable crossover PAs is expanding with the LUCAS NANO 608i, the first high-end, all-in-one system with an iPad-enabled wireless mixer and Bluetooth technology built in. The NANO 608i is receiving its exclusive worldwide premiere at the 2016 NAMM
The eight-channel digital mixer integrated into LUCAS NANO 608i’s subwoofer can be controlled in two ways: either directly on the 608i itself using conventional knobs, or wirelessly via a free dedicated iPad app, which opens up a vast new world of professional wireless mixing options.
Signals are easily shaped with features like ‘drawable’ EQs, compressors and high-quality reverb programs. Adjustments can be made in the more sophisticated ‘Expert Mode’ or in the intuitive ‘Easy Mode’, and then stored.
Weighing in at just 16.3kg, LUCAS NANO 608i’s discreet profile couple with superior full range sounds to make it the ideal PA for a variety of stages. The system’s flexibility means it can be deployed as a slim mono column, a classic stereo setup or as a twin stereo system.
LUCAS NANO 608i is ideal for solo musicians, small groups and entertainers (who can use the iPad app to mix themselves), for monitoring electronic drum kits, home use, etc.
