Joining the 2015 catalogue of PA company Clair Brothers line-up are some nifty, self-powered loudspeakers in the new KiT series. The series includes two-way, active/passive switchable speakers in the 12” and 15” variety, both of which have two-inch HF drivers. The KiT 12+ and KiT 15+ are two-way active loudspeakers with a frequency response of 63Hz to 20kHz and max output of 129dB and 131dB SPL (peak) respectively. KiT Curve is a 12” active curved array element with a dispersion of 90° H x 15° V. Two 18” single-driver subs are also featured in the series — the KiT-Sub+ and its smaller sibling the KiT-Sub-mini+. All KiT series loudspeakers come with a Baltic birch enclosure, powder-coated steel grill and integrated pole mount. A number of rigging accessories are also available.
