Waves is calling its new bass simulator plus “the most elaborate slap bass VI and sample library ever created” that promises expressive possibilities likened to a seasoned bassist. The plug-in has 11 interactive playing positions with automatic string switching. Full 5-string articulations include thumbing, popping, mutes, and more. And being a Waves plug you get studio-quality effects and authentic amp simulation. Bass Slapper comes in all the usual DAW formats like AAX, AU, and VST. It also runs as a standalone instrument and is fully NKS-enabled for tight integration with Maschine or Komplete Kontrol.
